This program educates pre-service teachers for New York City, Long Island, and neighboring regions. STEM education and computer science teachers are in demand and the employment outlook is strong.

The program meets the course requirements for the New York State initial technology education teaching certificate. Graduates can pursue a master’s degree in instructional technology, educational administration, special education, or other education specialties elsewhere in CUNY or the country.
