Accreditation

New York City College of Technology is fully accredited by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, (3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104, 267-284-5000), the Council of Standards for Human Services Education (CSHSE), the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA) and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). In addition, programs are accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association (ADA), Commission of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Legal Assistants (ABA), Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT), the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology (ETAC/ABET), the Commission on Opticianry Accreditation and the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP).
